Role : Site Reliability Engineer(SRE)
Role Summary
We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to build, maintain, and improve reliable, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure. The role focuses on automation, system reliability, performance optimization, monitoring, and operational excellence while working closely with development and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure on Azure or GCP.
- Automate infrastructure and operational tasks using Python or scripting languages.
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Monitor system health and performance using Grafana, Splunk, and other observability tools.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive solutions.
- Participate in incident management, change management, and on-call support.
- Improve system availability, scalability, and reliability through continuous optimization.
- Ensure infrastructure complies with security and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to deliver reliable solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
- Follow DevOps best practices and Agile methodologies.
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure Operations.
- Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana and Splunk.
- Strong understanding of Linux, Git, cloud infrastructure, and system reliability.
- Good knowledge of Agile practices and modern software development workflows.
