## Tasks
As a Senior ServiceNow Developer on a contract basis, you will be a key contributor to the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions within a defined timeframe. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will play a pivotal role in translating business requirements into efficient and scalable ServiceNow applications. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality results within the specified contract period.
1. **ServiceNow Development:** Lead the design and development of ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business needs during the contract period, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
2. **Collaboration:** Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, translating them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform within the defined project timeline.
3. **Customization:** Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and scripts to enhance system functionality and user experience within the contract period.
4. **Integration:** Develop and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation within the project timeframe.
5. **Documentation:** Create comprehensive technical documentation for developed solutions, including design specifications, deployment guides, and user manuals, adhering to the project schedule.
6. **Troubleshooting:** Investigate and resolve complex issues related to ServiceNow configurations, integrations, and performance within the stipulated contract period.
7. **Best Practices:** Stay informed about the latest ServiceNow features, enhancements, and industry best practices, and incorporate them into development processes within the defined timeline.
## Requirements
_Education:_ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
_Experience:_ Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a proven track record of successful project implementations on a contractual basis.
_Certifications:_ ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is highly desirable.
_Technical Skills:_ Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies. Extensive experience with ServiceNow modules and strong understanding of the platform architecture.
