- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments of candidates, providing comprehensive evaluations and recommendations to ensure optimal matches for client organizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the seamless execution of recruitment strategies, adhering to Ant-Tech's values of creativity, empathy, and mutual respect.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and labor market changes to provide strategic insights and advice to both clients and candidates, fostering an environment of learning and open-mindedness.
## Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably within the technology or finance sectors.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws in France.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools to streamline the hiring process.
