Job Description Summary

The Compressor Module Integration Leader (MIL) is responsible for coordinating and driving module-level execution across assigned programs and initiatives, including NPI, fleet support, RCAs, and CAPAs. The role serves as a key integration focal between the Compressor Module and adjacent engineering and business functions such as Systems, Product Line, DLE, AME, Services, Fleet, CMPD, Repair, and other partner organizations.
The MIL helps improve quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of module execution by aligning priorities, supporting common ways of working, and driving timely closure of technical and programmatic actions. Working closely with Compressor Module Product Leaders, CTHs, TLs, and cross-functional stakeholders, this role contributes to execution strategy within the area of responsibility and supports delivery through strong coordination, risk management, and communication.
This role requires sound operational judgment, the ability to solve complex technical and program challenges, and the ability to explain difficult information while building alignment across a matrixed organization.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

  • Lead Compressor Module integration strategy and execution across assigned programs and business priorities, including NPI, fleet support, RCAs, CAPAs, and other critical module initiatives, with accountability for high-impact outcomes.
  • Own and drive integrated module execution plans, including schedules, deliverables, dependencies, and risk mitigation actions; drive resolution of complex technical and program issues with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Serve as a recognized Compressor Module integration subject matter expert across interfacing functions, providing technical leadership and driving aligned, effective solutions to complex module challenges.
  • Influence module and cross-functional priorities, execution strategies, and operating rhythms to improve delivery, quality, responsiveness, and overall organizational effectiveness.
  • Partner with Product Leaders, CTHs, TLs, and key stakeholders across Systems, DLE, AME, Services, Fleet, CMPD, Repair, and other functions to align deliverables, resolve escalated issues, and drive integrated decisions.
  • Drive development and deployment of standard work, best practices, lessons learned, and continuous improvement action, in partnership with PLs & CTHS, to strengthen Compressor Module execution and integration.
  • Apply strong technical judgment, business context, and data-driven analysis to solve highly complex problems and influence decisions with significant module and program impact.
  • Support the HDGT fleet through leadership of fleet inspections, synthesis of fleet and configuration data, and translation of findings into actions and strategic recommendations for reliability and maintainability.
  • Work across the Gas Power organization to influence and coordinate solutions to issues affecting multiple programs, products, or functions, using engineering, product, Lean, and process improvement principles as appropriate.
  • Lead identification, communication, and mitigation of module-level technical, execution, and business risks; drive component DM tracking and closure across interfacing organizations.
  • Identify and implement practical improvements to processes and ways of working that enhance execution, integration, and responsiveness across the module and partner functions.
  • Communicate complex or sensitive technical and program information clearly to senior stakeholders, building alignment and influencing decisions across teams with differing priorities.
  • Coach and support less experienced colleagues, strengthening team capability through mentorship, collaboration, and sharing of best practices.
  • Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with meaningful risk, ambiguity, and business impact, and contribute to longer-term strategy and execution planning.

  • Proven ability to work across matrixed and cross-functional teams to align deliverables, resolve issues, and drive execution.
