David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a global customer experience company supporting a leading online travel and accommodation marketplace that is seeking to onboard two Spanish-speaking Advisors to join their team in Portugal. The role is first-point-of-contact customer support for a global community of users, resolving issues across voice, chat and email.
Position: Customer Support Representative
Location: Lisbon/Porto, Portugal

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide friendly, efficient support as the first point of contact for a global community of users
Handle and resolve customer issues across inbound calls, chats and emails
Identify and escalate issues appropriately
Write thoughtful, accurate responses and customise prepared templates for customer communications
Research and troubleshoot problems using available resources
Arbitrate between users when needed
Manage multiple concurrent tasks effectively
REQUIREMENTS:
Spanish at C2 level and English at B2 level
High school diploma
Customer service skills, including complaint handling, troubleshooting and problem solving
EU citizenship
Based in Lisbon or willing to relocate to Porto
Available for on-site work on rotational shifts within a 24/7 operation
