ABOUT THE ROLE
You ensure a warm and professional experience for our guests and are their first point of contact for questions and requests
You are responsible for setting up and clearing the breakfast buffet, making sure there is always enough food and drinks available and providing a varied selection
You prepare simple cold dishes such as cheese and cold-cut platters, salads etc. as well as drinks, and provide information about ingredients and allergens
You support our Community Team with classic front-office and reception tasks such as check-ins, check-outs and guest support
YOUR PROFILE
Ideally, you already have some experience in hospitality, gastronomy or a similar field
Your open and proactive attitude allows you to learn and grow every day
You are passionate about providing outstanding service and enjoy working as part of a team
You have very good verbal communication skills in both German and English
You are willing to work early shifts and weekends
