The role
As a Transport Planner, you play a key role in daily transport operations. You are responsible for planning and coordinating freight flows, ensuring capacity coverage, and maintaining high service levels.
You will focus on either Brokerage Planning (working with third-party carriers). You collaborate closely with Carrier Relationships, Sales, and Customer Success to support operational execution and commercial objectives.

- Participate in planning meetings to align daily priorities and provide status updates on planning, exceptions, and delays.
- Develop backup strategies when primary options are unavailable.
- Monitor fulfillment, KPIs, and associated costs and services.
- Escalate planning issues or service interruptions as needed.
- Contribute to enhancing planning tools, systems, and processes, while evaluating cost implications for margin-sensitive decisions.
