Description
Hazardous Materials Responder
- Hours: 35 hours/week
- Salary: $46,000/year
- Department: Monmouth County Office of Public Health
Duties
- Respond to hazardous materials emergencies and assist with containment.
- Follow safety procedures and use appropriate protective equipment.
- Maintain incident reports and response equipment.
- Attend required training and maintained certifications.
Requirements
- Approved 8-hour Level 2 First Responder Operations training.
- Valid NJ driver's license and required certifications.
- Availability for emergency response and on-call duty as required.
- Compliance with required medical surveillance and fitness programs.
