This position provides balanced operational support across two core areas: global mobility and U.S. employment compliance. The role coordinates employee mobility programs while maintaining employment compliance processes, records, reporting and policy administration in partnership with HR, Legal, Payroll, Tax, Finance and external service providers. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Global Mobility and U.S. Compliance.

The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:

Global Mobility

  • Coordinate international assignments, permanent transfers and domestic relocations activities, including documentation, employee communications, milestones and case deadlines.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for relocating employees and managers, providing timely guidance and delivering an employee-centered experience throughout the mobility lifecycle.
  • Coordinate immigration, relocation and tax services with external providers; track visas, work permits, renewals, invoices, service delivery and escalated issues.
  • Maintain mobility records and prepare reports on assignment activity, immigration status, relocation expenses, budgets and related compliance metrics.

U.S. Employment Compliance

  • Maintain compliance calendars, trackers, records and controls for federal, state and local employment requirements, filings, audits and key deadlines.
  • Support U.S. policy and handbook administration, required employee notices, offer letter standards, pay transparency requirements and compliance communications.
  • Provide guidance and support on employment eligibility and compliance policies and processes, including Form I-9 requirements, record retention standards, compliance training requirements, and audit readiness activities.
  • Prepare compliance reports and partner with HR, Legal, Talent Acquisition, Payroll and business leaders on reviews, corrective actions, policy updates and process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Business, Finance or a related field preferred.
  • Two to five years of experience in global mobility, U.S. employment compliance, human resources, immigration, relocation, payroll or a related function.
  • Working knowledge of global mobility processes, including assignments, relocations, immigration and business traveler support.
  • Working knowledge of U.S. employment compliance processes, including policy administration, employment eligibility, recordkeeping and audit support.
  • Experience managing employee data, case documentation, compliance calendars, reporting and external service providers.
  • Organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment and a customer-focused approach to employee and stakeholder support.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive employee information; proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Workday (HRIS) preferred.
  • We offer a hybrid work arrangement where you can work 3 days in the Stamford office and 2 days at home, with flexibility as needed.

Eligible candidates must be a:  U.S. citizen, U.S. national, person lawfully admitted for permanent residence, temporary resident under sections 210(a) or 245(A) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, person admitted in refugee status, or person granted asylum.
