Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, patient-centered Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join an established Physiatry (PM&R) practice in Ocala, Florida.
Working closely alongside experienced Board-Certified Physiatrists, you will focus on restoring function, improving quality of life, and managing non-surgical musculoskeletal, neurological, and pain conditions for adult patients. This is an excellent opportunity for an APP who values patient continuity, functional outcomes, and a strong collaborative team environment.
Schedule & Work-Life Balance
Schedule: Standard Monday through Friday business hours.
Call: No mandatory overnight or weekend call.
Environment: Supportive outpatient clinical flow with allocated time for documentation and patient care.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner (MSN/DNP) or Physician Assistant (MSPAS) program.
Certification:
NP: Board certification through ANCC or AANP (FNP, AGNP, or AGACNP).
PA: Board certification through NCCPA.
Licensure: Active, unrestricted Florida ARNP or PA license (or eligible to obtain prior to start).
Prescribing: Active Florida Prescribing License & Federal DEA registration (or eligible).
Experience: 1+ years of experience in Physiatry, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Neurology, or Spine Care preferred, but motivated new graduates with relevant clinical rotations are encouraged to apply.
