We are looking for a dentist who wants to find their forever home, who is engaging with patients and staff, and who wants to collaborate to elevate patient care.

💼 Position Highlights

• Full-time Lead Dentist position
• Minimum average salary: $300,000/year with unlimited earning potential based on collections
• PPO & Fee-for-Service (FFS) patient base – No Medicaid
• Mentorship and clear Doctor Development Plan

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• Average $300,000 minimum annual salary – move to higher earnings through collections
• Health benefits available for team members working 20+ hours/week
• Paid malpractice insurance

• $2,000 Annual CE Allowance + In-house Continuing Education opportunities
• Covered DEA license renewal and professional dues

🧑‍⚕️ What We’re Looking For

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
• Active State Dental License & DEA License
• Competency in comprehensive dentistry including:
  • Restorative procedures
  • Cosmetic bondings and veneers
  • Crown & Bridge
  • Comprehensive treatment planner
  • Comfortable and experienced with perio procedures such as crown lengthening and Gum Grafts a plus - currently all perio procedures are being referred out
  • Endo, extractions, aligner/Invisalign and implant placement experience a plus, but not required
• Excellent communication skills & a collaborative spirit
• Committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience
