- Maintain and monitor CSA scores and proactively address compliance risks.
Performance Management & Continuous Improvement
- Analyze capacity utilization, performance metrics, and KPIs, implementing corrective measures as needed.
- Drive execution against core KPIs in safety, service, savings, and people.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, tenders, and peak management projects.
- Identify supply chain opportunities and participate in Lean Six Sigma and other improvement programs.

- Work closely with service providers to ensure punctuality, completeness, and quality of deliveries.
- Manage third-party performance and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Financial Acumen & Budget Management
- Build and provide full-cost analysis, including yearly budget, risks, and opportunities.
- Manage the Delivery Labor Budget, approve payroll, and drive the lowest cost per case through productivity plans and loss prevention.
