Description

We’re seeking an HR Tech Intern to support MongoDB’s HR technology systems, including SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Onboarding, Performance, and Compensation. You’ll help make these systems easier to use through clear documentation, testing, requirements gathering, and training support.

What you’ll do

  • Document system configurations, processes, and workflows for HR modules, ensuring the information is clear and complete.
  • Create user-friendly guides, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for end users and HR Shared Services (HRSS) teams.
  • Help gather and organize requirements for potential system enhancements and communicate needs to the development team.
  • Work with stakeholders to validate documentation and keep it accurate and complete.
  • Assist with developing and delivering training materials for system users.
  • Test system functionality and configurations as part of quality assurance.

This role operates on rotating shifts: 2 PM–10 PM IST and 6 PM–2 AM IST.

What we are looking for in you

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR systems and technology.
  • Eager to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to ensure accuracy and completeness.

What you’ll find at MongoDB

  • Authentic Culture: A workplace where you are encouraged to bring your whole self to work. We believe embracing the power of differences broadens perspectives and fosters innovation.
  • Personalized Mentorship: A Mentor, a Program Advisor from the Early Talent Recruitment Team, and an Employee Resource Group (ERG) Guide to support your growth.
  • Career Coaching Sessions: A tailored training program designed for interns’ personal and professional development.
  • Work-Life Harmony: “Bloom for Interns,” with access to mental and physical health benefits, paid time off, free lunch, and more.
  • Impactful Projects: Contribute to meaningful work that makes an impact.
  • Exclusive Networking: Join Speaker Series and Roundtables with executives and department leaders.
  • Vibrant Community: Connect with fellow interns through social events, virtual gatherings, and local activities.
  • Path to Full-Time: Explore a longer-term future at MongoDB, with the possibility of receiving a full-time offer at the end of the summer.

MongoDB internships are full-time (40 hours per week) for 10 consecutive weeks, from April through July. Interns follow the “in office” working model and are expected to be in their office location 3–5 days a week.

Because we receive a high volume of applications, it may take up to six weeks to hear back about your application status. We aim to respond sooner and appreciate your patience as we carefully review each application.
