Joliet drivers with a fresh CDL-A: a Midwest regional fleet that runs Monday to Saturday and gets you home every weekend.
How You Start
- Ride with an experienced trainer on real loads
- Paid every week during training
- Own truck on full pay once signed off
- $1,000 weekly guaranteed pay for your first 3 months after first solo dispatch
The Job
- Dry van in IL, IN, OH, MI and KY
- 1,600 to 2,000 miles a week
- Home every weekend
- Drop and hook, live loads, preloads
Pay
- $1,000 to $1,700 average weekly gross
- $15 stop pay on every stop except first and last

Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL
- New CDL holders: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school
- Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years
- Valid license in your current state of residence and verifiable work history for the past 3 years
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years, no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years, no DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years
- Must pass hair and urine drug testing
- Live within 100 miles of Gary, IN
