Responsibilities:
• Conduct 1:1 or small‑group mentoring sessions
• Review projects and portfolios
• Provide career guidance and interview preparation
• Reinforce real‑world, AI‑enabled workflows
Required Experience:
• 5+ years professional software development experience
• Active professional use of: JavaScript, Python, full‑stack development, AI copilots
