- Hold internal and client teams accountable to milestones, surfacing risks early and driving to time-to-value

Qualifications

- A track record of leading complex, data-heavy implementations end-to-end
- A record of managing high-value accounts and exceeding retention and expansion targets
- Strong analytical and data investigation skills: you interpret trends, spot anomalies, and draw conclusions
- Advanced Excel, plus daily use of AI tools to drive productivity and insight
- Experience with Jira, Google Workspace, and Slack
- Experience with health systems or digital health companies
- Comfort writing basic data queries or working directly with structured data
How You Work
- Proactive owner. You close the loop without being asked and run toward problems.
- Strong project manager. You set timelines, juggle competing priorities, and keep clients and internal teams aligned.
- Clear communicator. You tell a compelling data story to an engineer or a C-suite audience, with executive presence.
- Self-sufficient learner. You take organized notes, ask good questions, and build your own product and industry knowledge.
- Empathetic but direct. You advocate for clients internally while setting clear expectations externally.
- Entrepreneurial teammate. You bring ideas, not just execution.
