Position Overview

Leading Solutions, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented General Clerk III to provide administrative support at the Milwaukee Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS). This position supports the processing of applicants preparing to serve in the U.S. Army and requires accuracy, professionalism, and effective coordination with military and civilian personnel.

Responsibilities

• Review applicant documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

• Enter, update, and maintain information in designated government systems.

• Organize and maintain administrative records and processing documents.

• Track processing actions and communicate missing information or discrepancies.

• Coordinate with military and civilian personnel to support timely processing.

• Safeguard sensitive information and follow established handling procedures.

• Complete assigned administrative tasks within required timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative, organizational, and data entry skills.

• Attention to detail and the ability to follow written procedures.

• Effective written and verbal communication.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency with standard office software and computer systems.

• Ability to meet applicable government background screening and installation access requirements.

Preferred Experience

• Previous MEPS, military recruiting, personnel processing, or government administrative support experience.

• Familiarity with military documentation and applicant processing systems.

Other Qualifications

• Frequent use of hands and arms; prolonged sitting may be required.

• Specific vision abilities, including close vision, color vision, and focus adjustment.

• Ability to interpret instructions involving multiple abstract and concrete variables.
