Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a large-scale, multi-year investment platform transformation initiative. You will provide strategic program leadership across business, technology, operations, and delivery teams while managing complex platform implementations, system migrations, and organizational change.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Lead and coordinate multi-year investment management transformation across Business, Technology, Operations, Data, Testing, and Change functions
- Drive execution of highly interconnected platform migrations, including BlackRock Aladdin and eFront implementations, with independent program assurance and risk identification
- Manage integrated program planning, critical-path management, and complex system integrations; challenge status and assumptions to escalate issues to resolution
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and third-party delivery partners to ensure aligned execution across all workstreams
- Support target operating model transformation and organizational readiness initiatives
- Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and governance frameworks with executive-level reporting and communication
- Apply front-to-back platform expertise and IBOR/accounting knowledge to drive technical and operational alignment
- Lead change management and stakeholder engagement strategies to drive adoption and minimize resistance
Requirements
- 7–10 years of program management experience, with demonstrated success leading large-scale transformation and platform implementation programs
- Proven expertise in BlackRock Aladdin and eFront platform implementations and investment platform migrations
- Strong background in system integrations, testing, cutover management, and program planning/controls in financial services or asset/investment management environments
- Advanced stakeholder management, executive communication, and change management capabilities
- Expertise in RAID management, governance frameworks, and independent program assurance
- Experience with front-to-back platform transformations and IBOR/accounting system environments
- Ability to work independently, challenge assumptions, and drive resolution of complex cross-functional issues in a remote environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) a plus
