Overview
The E2E Supply Chain Project Manager supports the E2E Supply Chain by being responsible for the delivery of multiple transformational projects and productivity agenda. Supporting the operations governance topics and the total MU E2E supply chain program management agenda. In this role crucial is to agree on future market needs, understanding the impact on E2E processes, designing the solutions, aligning and executing the programm/project will be deliver future benefits. This role will be responsible for building business cases for Capital investment and tracking and delivering productivity
This role is also responsible for support to productivity pipeline development for long term period and to support other productivity initiatives in evaluation and potential calculation
Responsibilities
- Design E2E supply chain solutions/initiatives to support business and operational goals, build relevant business cases, develop the respective CAR documents
- Develop and deploy elements of the E2E supply chain strategy agenda clearly connected and paired with business and operational priorities. Design local initiatives, provide holistic evaluation of the internal and external trends, integrate business relevant ‘lift-and-shift’ and GTM initiatives and support the E2E supply chain strategy plan to deliver the right service at the right cost base
- Lead and deliver a robust project management portfolio to ensure proper visibility of the projects scope, deliverables and progress
- Contribute to the E2E supply chain capital and productivity pipeline agenda, focusing on end target delivery and enabling broader supply chain teams deliver in line with expectations.
Qualifications
- Broad E2E supply chain understanding (Demand, Supply, Customer Collab. Manufacturing, Logistics)
- Strong project management skills
- Good level of financial knowledge
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Good leadership capabilities
- Ability to communicate at all levels in the organization
- Ability to work in a self-directed way, whilst following the project brief closely
- Solid communication and influencing in diverse language and culture environment
- Proficiency in analytics (building and usage)
- Experience of process mapping and analysis
- Ability to rapidly learn new processes and procedures
- Able to operate in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
- Comfortable managing multiple, competing priorities
- Able to translate complex objectives into understandable actions
Compensation and Benefits:• The expected starting compensation range for this position is 154,300 PLN annually (gross).• Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
