Job Description Summary

Lead strategic consulting engagements for corporate and institutional clients, providing financial analysis, market insights, and strategic recommendations on real estate portfolio optimization, investment strategy, and occupancy planning. Manage project teams and client relationships to deliver high-quality advisory services.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Client Consulting & Advisory

• Lead end-to-end strategic consulting projects for corporate and institutional real estate clients
• Develop comprehensive financial models and business cases for real estate investment and portfolio decisions
• Provide strategic recommendations on portfolio optimization, location strategy, lease vs. buy analyses, and workplace solutions

Financial & Market Analysis

• Conduct financial feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and total occupancy cost modeling
• Analyze real estate market trends, competitive positioning, and industry benchmarks
• Evaluate investment opportunities using NPV, IRR, and other financial metrics
• Perform quantitative and qualitative research to support strategic decision-making

Project & Team Management

• Manage multiple consulting projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
• Supervise, mentor, and develop junior consultants and analysts
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Research, Brokerage, and Project Management
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation

Business Development

• Support proposal development, RFP responses, and client pitch presentations
• Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client accounts
• Contribute to thought leadership content and market insights publications

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, Economics, or related field
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in management consulting, corporate real estate advisory, or strategic planning
• Proven track record of managing consulting projects and client relationships

Technical Skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling capabilities
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for executive-level presentations
• Experience with real estate analysis tools (CoStar, ARGUS, or similar)
• Strong understanding of real estate financial metrics and valuation methods

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Client management and stakeholder engagement expertise
• Leadership and team management experience
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field
• Professional certifications (CFA, CPA, MRICS, or equivalent)
• Experience in management consulting firms or Big 4 advisory practices
• Knowledge of Asia-Pacific real estate markets
• Bilingual proficiency (English plus Mandarin or local language)
