Key Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of the development and delivery of business-critical API-driven platforms and web applications.
• Design, develop, enhance, and support robust REST-based APIs and modern applications, ensuring scalability, maintainability, performance, and security.
• Serve as the technical counterpart to senior design stakeholders, ensuring proposed solutions are technically feasible, architecturally sound, and efficiently implementable.
• Bridge the gap between design requirements and engineering execution.
• Implement development standards and ensure code quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and promote secure software delivery practices.
• Collaborate with global teams and participate in architecture discussions and integration activities.
• Contribute to technology decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and support applications using Java, React, REST APIs, and Spring Boot.
• Build and support secure cloud-native applications.
• Apply generative AI, agentic AI, or AI-assisted software engineering practices where applicable.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong experience in Java application development.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with React.
• Experience developing REST APIs.
• Good knowledge of building secure cloud-native applications.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and secure software delivery practices.
• Exposure to generative AI, agentic AI, or AI-assisted software engineering practices is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks under time and workload pressure.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-region and global teams.
