We’re now welcoming applications for a receptionist to join our supportive, purpose‑driven team in Adelaide on a permanent, part-time (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday) basis.
As our Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our people, clients and visitors, helping create a warm and professional experience while keeping the day-to-day running of the office on track.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the first point of contact for visitors, clients and employees, providing a welcoming and professional front-of-house experience.
- Answer and direct calls through the national phone line, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently.
- Monitor and respond to general enquiries received through the national shared inbox.
- Support the day-to-day operation of reception and front-of-house services, including meeting rooms, visitors and general office enquiries.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the wider Building Services team as required.
What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in a reception, administration or call centre environment, or experience working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment such as retail or hospitality.
- Full Australian working rights without restriction.
- Excellent phone manner & attention to detail.
- The ability to take initiative, be innovative, and solve problems, with attention for accuracy, spelling and grammar and an excellent eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint.
