- Own and maintain process documentation, work instructions, training materials, and operational best practices, including version control and ongoing enhancements.
- Analyze program performance, operational metrics, partner trends, and business data to identify opportunities, develop recommendations, and support strategic decision-making.
- Lead or support projects, process improvements, reporting enhancements, and operational initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, accuracy, and partner satisfaction.
What You Will Bring
- Education: Bachelor's degree required or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
- Experience: 5-7 years experience in program operations, business operations, partner programs, sales operations, or a related field, including supporting global teams, managing operational workflows, coaching or mentoring team members, and working within a matrixed organization; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred.
- Skills: Strong process documentation, process improvement, analytical thinking, business acumen, project management, and organizational skills; ability to manage competing priorities, interpret complex data, create meaningful reports and dashboards, communicate effectively across stakeholders, build relationships with internal and external partners, make sound decisions using independent judgment, and drive continuous improvement with exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
