General Laborer / Yard Worker

Pay: $18.00–$23.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Impulse is hiring a General Laborer / Yard Worker to support a team specializing in equipment setup, transportation, installation, and removal at various jobsites. This is a hands-on, physically active position ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, handling equipment, and contributing to a team environment.

What You'll Do

• Set up, install, maintain, and tear down equipment and systems at jobsites.

• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to and from jobsites.

• Move and maintain pumps, compressors, generators, hoses, and other equipment.

• Perform minor equipment repairs and preventative maintenance on vehicles and equipment as directed.

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites, yard areas, and shop facilities.

• Complete required paperwork and follow company procedures.

• Follow all applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations.

• Perform additional duties as needed to support daily operations.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Valid driver's license.

• Current DOT medical card or the ability to obtain one.

• Ability to meet applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements.

• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in varying and extreme weather conditions.

• Strong teamwork, time management, and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines under pressure.

• Flexibility to work the hours required to meet job demands.

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including prolonged walking and standing, bending, stooping, climbing, and lifting heavy or awkward equipment and materials.
