Description
Responsibilities:
As part of the global automotive sales & marketing organization, work effectively across departments to drive demand creation and revenue growth.
- Work independently as part of the GC Auto sales force to achieve team and individual business goals, including revenue growth and market share gains
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all assigned customers’ account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Work with cross-region and cross-functional teams within NXP
- Regularly track sales forecasts and deliver high-quality reports
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in semiconductor or automotive electronics sales
- Proven track record of closing semiconductor design wins
- Deep knowledge of the China automotive OEM/Tier 1 ecosystem
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Bachelor's degree in EE or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- Willingness to travel frequently within China
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a strong team player
- Shanghai location preferred
