As Interim Programme Manager (Property Capital Projects), you will take the lead on a diverse portfolio of construction, maintenance and estate improvement schemes valued at over £60m annually. Reporting into the Senior Programme Manager, you will be the key client lead across multiple projects, influencing investment decisions, driving programme performance and ensuring successful delivery from concept through to completion.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Interim Programme Manager (Property Capital Projects) to make a visible impact across a large and complex property estate while working with senior stakeholders, consultants and contractors to deliver strategic outcomes.

Your Role as Interim Programme Manager (Property Capital Projects):

• Lead the delivery of major capital programmes with annual values exceeding £60m
  • Act as the key client representative, managing consultants, contractors and delivery partners
  • Develop and maintain programme risk registers, implementing effective mitigation strategies
  • Oversee capital budgets, financial monitoring, invoice approvals and programme reporting
  • Drive governance, compliance, continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement across multiple service areas

Your Experience as Interim Programme Manager (Property Capital Projects):

• Degree-qualified in Construction, Property, Project Management or a related discipline
  • Significant experience delivering large-scale capital construction programmes within complex organisations
  • Strong knowledge of project governance, procurement, contract management and risk management
  • Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary stakeholders, consultants and contractors
  • Understanding of construction legislation, CDM regulations and public sector delivery environments
