Description
Job Title: Delivery & Logistics Manager
Location: Johor
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee logistics planning, scheduling, and inbound/outbound transportation of materials and equipment.
- Coordinate with transport providers, warehouses, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Monitor logistics KPIs, analyse performance data, and prepare operational reports.
- Resolve delivery issues and implement process improvements to optimise costs and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, transportation regulations, and internal SOPs.
- Drive cost optimisation, resource utilisation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in plant operations, logistics planning, and transportation management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Industrial).
- Strong knowledge of logistics planning, transportation regulations, cost control, and performance analysis.
- Proficient in logistics software and reporting tools.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
