KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

- Crisis Commander: Take command when challenges arise, guiding us through every twist and turn with rock-solid crisis and contingency plans.

- Innovation Champion: Champion the roll-out of cutting-edge security solutions and spark a culture of nonstop innovation so we’re always one step ahead of the bad guys!
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, Security, or a related field required; hotel or related industry experience preferred.
- 7–10 years of experience in safety and security management, including business, people, administrative, preventative, investigatory practices, and legal responsibilities such as OSHA compliance.
- Valid state driver’s license and completion of required state security training, background checks, and certifications (CPR, First Aid, AED, and AHLA Certified Lodging Security Supervisor within 60 days of hire).
