Job Description
1. Facility Air Conditioning System Design and Installation:
- Design and plan air conditioning systems to ensure compliance with company requirements and standards.
- Supervise the installation process of air conditioning systems to ensure construction quality and progress.
2. Facility Mechanical System Maintenance and Repair:
- Regularly inspect and maintain mechanical systems to ensure their proper operation.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical system failures, providing technical support.
3. Electrical System Management:
- Design and maintain electrical systems within the facility to ensure their safety and stability.
- Monitor the operation of electrical systems, promptly identifying and resolving potential issues.
4. Energy Management and Optimization:
- Analyze facility energy usage, propose and implement energy-saving solutions.
- Monitor energy consumption to ensure efficient facility operation.
5. Safety and Compliance Management:
- Ensure all facility systems comply with relevant safety standards and regulations.
- Participate in safety training to enhance the team's safety awareness and operational skills.
6. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure facility system design and operation meet overall requirements.
- Provide technical support and participate in the planning and implementation of facility-related projects.
