AI Editor — Agent Lab (Juniors)

Our Consulting team at BearingPoint is continuously exploring how emerging technologies, including AI, can be applied to real consulting workflows — from rapid prototyping to client deliverables — ensuring measurable impact and sustainable transformation.

As part of this initiative, Agent Lab focuses on shaping how AI delivers real value — for BearingPoint and our clients.

Location: Sibiu · Hybrid
Opportunities: 2 positions · Open to Master’s students

Primary Functions and Tasks: 

• Direct AI tools (various and changing) to produce prototypes, proposals, pitch decks, and client deliverables

• Critically review AI-generated work as team work — identify gaps, raise the bar, ensure outputs are fit for a senior audience

• Refine information & instruction containers, workflows, and reusable patterns so each iteration improves on the last

• Identify consulting workflows that AI has not yet touched and prototype solutions quickly

• Partner with senior consultants and engineers on live client engagements across BearingPoint’s European practices

• Share learnings, frameworks, and patterns with the squad and the wider firm

We are looking for:  

• A genuine collaborator — you are energized by team work, you contribute openly, support teammates, and give and receive feedback well

• Strategic mindset — you frame problems clearly, weigh trade-offs, and connect technical choices to business outcomes

• Innovative instinct — you challenge defaults, propose new approaches, and look for better ways to solve problems

• A very solid educational foundation: A Master’s student, recent graduate, or up to 2 years of work experience (CS, engineering, business, design, data, or hybrid backgrounds)

• Demonstrated fluency with AI tools (like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, etc.) — you have moved beyond casual use into active experimentation and trusted building

• Strong critical thinking — you interrogate AI outputs and never accept the first answer at face value

• Curiosity, learning agility, and composure in ambiguous environments

• Based in or willing to relocate to Sibiu

• Fluent English (written and spoken)

Nice-to-haves:

• German or French (significant international client exposure)

• Any personal contributions or achievements in the relevant domains (e.g., AI experiments or products)
