Foothills Retirement Community is seeking an energetic, service-focused Dining Room Leader to help lead our dining team and create memorable dining experiences for our residents. What You'll Do

• Lead and support the dining room team during meal service
• Ensure residents receive exceptional, attentive service
• Train, coach, and mentor dining staff
• Maintain dining room appearance, cleanliness, and organization
• Manage supplies and assist with inventory control
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Partner with culinary staff to deliver outstanding dining experiences
• Assist with special events, holiday meals, and community celebrations

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has previous restaurant, dining, hospitality, or customer service leadership      experience
• Enjoys working with seniors and providing exceptional service
• Demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills
• Leads by example and works well as part of a team
• Is dependable, positive, and customer focused

Requirements

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a lead or supervisory role in a restaurant or hospitality setting

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
