## Your Responsibilities

As a Demand Generation Specialist for John Deere C&F in Moline, IL you will:

• The Demand Generation Specialist is responsible for executing integrated marketing campaigns that generate qualified demand and contribute directly to pipeline growth in priority customer segments across the lifecycle.
• Working as part of the Demand Generation team, this role develops and deploys campaigns across digital, web, paid media, marketing automation, SEO, and other channels to engage targeted audiences and convert prospects into sales opportunities.
• The specialist works closely with inside sales, field sales, dealer teams, and marketing partners to ensure campaigns drive measurable business outcomes and support strategic growth initiatives.

## What Skills You Need

• Experience executing digital marketing campaigns, email marketing, event marketing, or paid social programs.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
• Excellent project management and organizational capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

## What Makes You Stand Out

• Experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, lead generation, or related roles.
• Familiarity with Construction industry and jobsite solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.

## Education

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, Communications, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
