Overview

Looking for a competent & experienced cook for large scale patient and retail food production. 1 - 2 years' experience preferred. Sanitation knowledge and organizational skills a must. Rotating weekend / holiday shifts. Great medical / vacation benefit package.

Responsibilities

• Plan and forecast adequate quality food products for the assigned meal and menus/ customers.  
• Produce Consistent Quality Food Practice of Food Safety - Handling of Food.  
• Position Support/Teamwork. Time Schedules. 
• Department Safety.   
• Clean Work Environment.  
• Food Safety - Personal Responsibility.  
• Team Support.   
• Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

• Preference given to those who have had experience with some aspects of the job to include assignments &/or food service equipment.  
• Must be able to read and write to follow production sheets, recipes, and other requirements of the kitchen.
• Serv Safe Certified- Must become Serv Safe Certified by the end of the first year of employment.
