Tu rol en Baxter:

Salvar y sostener vidas verificando que se cumplan las normas y procedimientos requeridos para la inspección y el empaque del producto terminado, las inspecciones masivas, el muestreo de físico final y las AQL durante el proceso. También verifica que se evalúe, clasifique y analice el scrap de producto terminado identificado en el subproceso de Empaque para tomar las acciones necesarias en el proceso impactado.

Lo que realizarás en Baxter:

• Cumplir con la normatividad vigente en salud, ambiente y seguridad, regulaciones de calidad (GMP), seguridad en la cadena de suministro, gestión de energía y políticas corporativas.
• Verificar que las inspecciones y/o reprocesos se realicen de acuerdo con los procedimientos de Baxter.
• Revisar y confirmar líneas despejadas e inspecciones masivas, asegurando el cumplimiento de SOPs, programa 6S, balanceo de líneas, BPM y BPD.
• Verificar el cumplimiento de los requerimientos de inspección visual para no afectar la integridad del producto.
• Velar por el cumplimiento del proceso de Empaque de Soluciones conforme a SOPs, SOJT y manuales de cargo.

Lo que aportarás:

• Técnico o Tecnólogo graduado en Ingeniería Industrial, Química o carreras afines.
• Conocimiento en: GMP, normas de seguridad industrial, sistemas de calidad (deseable).
• Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en procesos de manufactura relacionados con las funciones del cargo.
