Flexible Lead Generation / Marketing Specialist: AI Employees for Small Businesses (Remote, Commission Only)
Isteno sets up AI employees for small businesses. They answer customers on WhatsApp, Telegram and email, write quotes, book meetings and follow up, 24/7 and in any language. We handle the setup and ongoing support. The owner just messages it like a colleague.
It's a professional service at fair prices, so it's an easy offer to put in front of business owners. In return you get a fair commission that keeps paying.
What you'll do
Find small business owners who could use an AI employee and book meetings with them. How you do it is up to you: cold outreach, LinkedIn, email campaigns, ads, social media, your own network or events. You don't need to do the sales calls if you dont want to. Book the meeting, and we'll handle the demo, close, setup and support.
What you earn
- 50% of every setup fee
- 30% of every monthly fee for as long as the client stays
You're a good fit if you
- know small business owners (travel, clinics, real estate, shops, agencies) or know how to reach them
- have experience with lead generation, outreach or marketing
- want income that keeps coming in every month
Fully remote, any country, your own hours.
