The role

Build and ship the production web applications that power our client's global operations. This is for an action-oriented builder who owns features end to end, across frontend, backend and operational integrations, and uses modern AI tools daily to move faster. You'll work directly with operators, data teams and senior engineers to turn operational needs into reliable, intuitive software.

What you'll do

• Build web apps for data labeling, data capture and operations management in React (JS/TS) and frameworks like Next.js
• Design clean, fast interfaces for non-technical users and international teams
• Build backend services in Node.js (Express/Fastify) and/or Python (FastAPI/Django), handling permissions, retries, data integrity and background workflows
• Integrate practical AI features: automated validation, normalization, workflow triggers, search and structured LLM integrations
• Take features from design through testing and deployment, and monitor and improve them in production

What you bring

• 5–7 years building and maintaining full-stack web apps in production
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript, React and modern web frameworks
• REST or GraphQL API development with Node.js and/or Python
• Relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and ORMs
• Daily use of AI development tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude or similar)
• Independent end-to-end execution across the stack

Nice to have

• Internal tools, dashboards or workflow-heavy applications
• AWS, GCP or Azure, CI/CD and Docker
• LLM API integrations: prompt engineering, document extraction, vector search
• Data pipelines or ETL; React Native or design systems
• Client-facing, consulting or fast-paced startup experience
