Join us as an Intern in Alternatives Product Support Team!

As an Alternatives Product Support Intern, you will join the BBH Product Support Team in Krakow and work closely with internal business users, developers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues, improve business processes, and implement system enhancements. Alts Product Support takes care of development and maintenance of seven system applications used by various BBH teams. This role is an opportunity to combine application support, business analysis with testing and project work in the financial services industry.

The scope of your responsibilities:

•  helping in providing day-to-day application support and troubleshooting technical issues reported by business users;
• gathering, analyzing, and reviewing business requirements for system enhancements and new functionalities;
• testing new features in test environments and executing test scripts;
• preparing and maintaining user guides, procedures, and project documentation;
• collaborating with business teams, developers, and external vendors to resolve issues and deliver system improvements;
• taking part in Scrum events.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Fluent in English (minimum B2)
• A creative mindset combined with strong analytical and communication skills
• A student of minimum III year (end/or in the middle of III year)
• A team player with a proactive attitude and motivation to learn and grow
• Strong organizational skills and confidence in managing tasks and priorities
• Availability of at least 24 hours per week (Monday–Friday, between 8:00–18:00)
• MS Office skills
• Basic Agile knowledge
