It takes great people to achieve greatness. People with a sense of purpose and integrity. People with a relentless pursuit of excellence. People who care about making things better For Those Who Make The World™. Sound like you? Join our top-notch team of more than 50,000 diverse and high-performing professionals globally who are making their mark on some of the world’s most beloved brands, including DEWALT®, BLACK+DECKER®, CRAFTSMAN®, STANLEY®, CUB CADET®, and HUSTLER®.

The Job:

As the Americas Pricing Manager, you will be a core member of the Tools and Outdoor Pricing Strategy Organization, supporting the Americas region (North America and Latin America) in executing pricing strategies, analytics, and tools that drive profitable revenue growth. Reporting to the Americas Pricing Leader, you will translate pricing strategy into day-to-day execution – owning analytical workstreams, building decision-ready insights, and partnering with commercial teams to implement pricing actions across the product lifecycle. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will be directly involved in the team's highest priority initiatives: inflation response modeling, competitive price tracking, promo effectiveness analytics, price-volume-mix measurement, price elasticity models, and the development of customer pricing tools. You will work closely with Channel Marketing, Commercial Finance, Sales, and Brand Pricing Leaders to ensure pricing decisions are grounded in data and aligned to business objectives. This is a high-visibility, hands-on role for a pricing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with confidence across functions, and is motivated by seeing analytical work translate directly into commercial results.

We are a team of true entrepreneurs and relationship builders, driven by a passion to excite our organization and exceed the expectations of our trusted retail partners and end users who select and use our Tools and Outdoor products. As a vital member of our Pricing Team, you will play a crucial role in leveraging market research, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence to support best-in-class pricing and promotion strategies that drive sales and growth. This is a highly visible role that requires collaboration with other Pricing Team members and regional teams to ensure success in the market.

Specific Responsibilities:

·  Execute Pricing Strategy: Support the development and execution of pricing strategies for everyday and promotional pricing across the Americas, including price increase modeling, promotional guidance, and price pack architecture recommendations.

· Inflation Response Modeling: Own analytical workstreams within the inflation response program – including SKU-level price increase models that incorporate inflation exposure, market performance, elasticities, and price prioritization — and support the development of customer pricing files and cost justification narratives (CJWs) for customer negotiations.

· Competitive Intelligence: Maintain and enhance the Americas competitive price tracking capability, and support its expansion to Canada and Latin America retailers

· RGM & Promo Effectiveness: Support the RGM Promo Effectiveness program — including promo postmortems, leaders & bleeders analysis, ROI measurement, and competitor promo insights. Contribute to the evolution of the Promo Hub tool and the broader RGM roadmap toward predictive analytics and trade promotion management.

· Price Performance Measurement (PVM): Contribute to the Price-Volume-Mix (PVM) reporting process: maintain SKU-level price performance tracking in Power BI, support RSA/GTN methodology alignment, and deliver monthly price insights at the D3/D9 cadence. Identify targeted SKUs for price uplift and flag leaders and bleeders by brand and customer.

· Price Elasticity & Analytics: Apply SKU-channel price elasticity models to support pricing and promotion decisions. Assist in integrating elasticity outputs into the Promotional Cost Review (PCR) tool and RGM workflows, and support regular model validation and refresh cycles.

· Customer Pricing Tools: Support the development and adoption of customer pricing tools, including SAP C11 visibility dashboards and price walk analyses (Gold-to-NSV waterfall). Help identify pricing opportunities by brand, channel, and customer through discount outlier analysis and retail margin benchmarking.

· Promo Pricing & PCR Governance: Maintain and improve the Promotional Cost Review (PCR) process: monthly updates to SKU costs, prices, and GTN%; standardize promo type and location capture at the SKU level; and provide do-nothing volume suggestions based on POS price trend analysis.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Channel Marketing, Commercial Finance, Sales, Category Management, and regional Pricing Leaders to align pricing actions with business objectives and ensure effective implementation across the Americas.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

· Pricing Concepts — Solid understanding of pricing management concepts — price waterfall mechanics, gross-to-net dynamics, RSA/GTN levers, promotional economics, and value-based pricing frameworks.

·  Strong analytical and decision-making skills

·  Ability to quickly grasp and resolve complex pricing requirements

·  Highly organized with excellent time management skills

·  Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills

 Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)

· Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Pricing and/or Commercial Finance, or a related analytical role

· Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

· High business acumen and collaboration with business leaders

· Executive-level communication and reporting skills

· Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and Power BI

·Tools or consumer product industry background preferred

Achievement/Personal Qualities:

· Ability to drive projects to completion within deadlines

· Curiosity and desire to increase knowledge

·  Independent planning and prioritization skills

·  Flexibility in changing business conditions
