Responsibilities

• Perform routine administrative tasks such as data entry, insurance verification, billing support, and managing incoming      correspondence. 
• Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and facilitate smooth patient intake processes using Electronic Health Records      (EHR) systems.
• Manage medical records efficiently within Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems while ensuring compliance with privacy      regulations.
• Support front desk operations by scheduling appointments, answering patient inquiries, and coordinating referrals of follow-up visits.
• Prepare examination rooms with necessary supplies and possibly assist during patient examinations or procedures.

Required Qualifications

• CCMA/CMAA license
• 2+ years of experience working with insurance in a medical office
• Experience with insurance verification and prior authorization is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous roles involving medical-surgical procedures will support your success in this multifaceted position.
• EPIC EMR Proficient
