Description

The Aspen Group (TAG) is one of the largest and most trusted retail healthcare business support organizations in the U.S. and has supported over 20,000 healthcare professionals and team members at more than 1,300 health and wellness offices across 48 states in four distinct categories: dental care, urgent care, medical aesthetics, and animal health. Working in partnership with independent practice owners and clinicians, the team is united by a single purpose: to prove that healthcare can be better and smarter for everyone. TAG provides a comprehensive suite of centralized business support services that power the impact of five consumer-facing businesses: Aspen Dental, ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers, WellNow Urgent Care, Chapter Aesthetic Studio, and Lovet Pet Health Care. Each brand has access to a deep community of experts, tools and resources to grow their practices, and an unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality consumer healthcare experiences at scale.

As a reflection of our current needs and planned growth we are very pleased to offer an opportunity to join our dedicated team as a Sr. Manager, Enterprise Social. The Sr. Manager, Enterprise Social is responsible for defining and leading the enterprise voice of The Aspen Group (TAG) across all corporate social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X. This role sits at the intersection of corporate communications, employer branding, and executive visibility, distinct from brand-level social managed within Aspen Dental, ClearChoice, WellNow, Chapter, and other TAG brands. This person will build a consistent, credible, and compelling enterprise narrative that supports TAG's reputation with talent, industry stakeholders, media, and the broader healthcare and business community, while partnering closely with brand social teams, HR/Talent Acquisition, and executive stakeholders to ensure alignment and amplification across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Voice & Content Strategy

  • Define and evolve TAG's enterprise social voice, tone, and content pillars, distinct from and complementary to individual brand voices
  • Build and maintain an enterprise content calendar spanning company milestones, culture, leadership visibility, talent/employer brand, community impact, and industry thought leadership
  • Develop and produce (or oversee production of) content including copy, graphics, and video in partnership with Creative
  • Support and manage the Employer Brand and Recruitment voice
  • Ensure enterprise content reflects TAG's multi-brand structure accurately and consistently

Executive & Leadership Visibility

  • Partner with senior leaders (CEO, CCO, and other executives) to build and manage their presence on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
  • Ghostwrite and/or coach leaders on thought-leadership posts, comments, and engagement that build credibility and visibility for TAG
  • Identify speaking opportunities, awards, and press moments that can be amplified through enterprise social channels

Platform Management & Community Engagement

  • Own day-to-day management of all enterprise-level social accounts: publishing, community management, and timely response to comments and messages
  • Establish and maintain platform-specific best practices and posting cadences for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Monitor enterprise channels for reputational risk, escalating issues appropriately and partnering with Communications/Legal as needed

Employer Brand & Talent Amplification

  • Partner with HR/Talent Acquisition to showcase culture, careers, benefits, and hiring initiatives across enterprise channels
  • Support employee advocacy and employee-generated content programs to extend organic reach
  • Collaborate with recruiting marketing efforts to support open roles and employer brand campaigns

Cross-Functional Partnership & Governance

  • Serve as the connective tissue between enterprise social and brand-level social teams (e.g., Director of Social Care and brand social leads), ensuring alignment without duplicating effort
  • Partner with Corporate Communications and PR on announcements, crisis communications, and reputation management
  • Establish lightweight governance and escalation paths for enterprise social so brand teams know when/how to loop in enterprise channels

Analytics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Define and track KPIs for enterprise social performance (engagement, follower growth, share of voice, sentiment, employer brand reach)
  • Deliver regular reporting and insights to leadership, translating data into recommendations, not just metrics
  • Stay current on platform changes, algorithm shifts, and emerging social trends, and adapt strategy accordingly

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in social media management, corporate communications, or employer branding, with direct ownership of enterprise/corporate-level channels
  • Proven experience managing executive or leadership social presence (e.g., LinkedIn thought leadership)
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to flex tone across audiences (talent, media, industry, leadership)
  • Experience with social media management and listening tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Brandwatch)
  • Comfort working cross-functionally across Marketing, Communications, HR, and executive stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to translate social data into actionable insight

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a multi-brand, multi-location, or franchise/healthcare organization
  • Experience supporting employer branding or talent marketing initiatives
  • Familiarity with crisis communications or reputation management protocols
  • Video and light design skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express)

What Sets You Apart

  • A strong editorial instinct — you know what makes content feel authentic vs. corporate
  • Comfortable operating with executives, translating their voice authentically without losing their personality
  • A builder mentality — this is a new enterprise-level function, so you're comfortable creating standards and processes from scratch
  • Low-ego collaborator who can influence brand teams without formal authority over them

Salary: $130-150k with bonus opportunity

A generous benefits package that includes paid time off, health, dental, vision, and 401(k) savings plan with match
