About the team
The Resolution Squad is a mission-critical IAM operations team, entrusted with delivering high-impact, high-trust resolution services that uphold IAM standards, protect enterprise assets, and empower teams across the organization with timely, secure access by focusing on four strategic pillars Operational Precision, Proactive Risk Management, Strategic Project Execution & Knowledge Stewardship.
What we’re looking for
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or accelerated Master’s degree, with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional support.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Foundational knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, tools, and best practices gained through coursework, internships, academic projects, or extracurricular activities.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies and security practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to team objectives.
- This role is not eligible for Mastercard’s work authorization sponsorship.
