จัดทำรายงานประจำเดือน  (สรุปงานต่าง ๆ  ที่ผ่านมาในแต่ละเดือน  รวมทั้งค่าน้ำ  +  ค่าไฟฟ้า )

-จดบันทึกและจัดพิมพ์รายงานการประชุมต่าง ๆ   

- จัดทำเอกสารแบบฟอร์มต่าง ๆ  ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารอาคาร   

- พิมพ์เอกสารต่าง ๆ  ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการและวิศวกรประจำอาคาร

-สรุปเวลาการทำงานของพนักงานประจำหน่วยงาน  +  ใบทำงานล่วงเวลา ใบลา  ส่งสำนักงานใหญ่

-จัดทำใบขอจัดซื้อ (PR.)  อุปกรณ์สำนักงานต่าง ๆ

-สรุปเอกสารขอเข้าตกแต่งและซ่อมแซมของผู้รับเหมาต่าง ๆ

-ปรับปรุงข้อมูลรายชื่อของผู้รับจ้างต่าง ๆ และ ผู้จำหน่ายสินค้าให้อาคาร (Supplier  List)

-ตรวจสอบเรื่องข้อมูลต่าง ๆ ที่มาจาก อิเลคโทรนิค เมลล์ และรายงานให้ผู้จ้ดการและวิศวกรทราบในเรื่องที่เกี่ยวข้องกับอาคาร

-รับแจ้งงานซ่อมแซมต่าง ๆ ที่ได้รับแจ้งจากผู้เช่า  จดบันทึกและประสานงานแจ้งผู้เกี่ยวข้องต่อไป

-จัดการห้องพัสดุ อำนวยความสะดวกเจ้าของร่วมและผู้พักอาศัย

-อำนวยความสะดวกเจ้าของร่วม และงานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจาก ผู้จัดการ
