The Operations and Supply Chain (OSC) Finance Organization is seeking an energetic, curious, and highly motivated Program Cost Controls Analyst (P3) to support the Naval Standard Missile Systems (NSMS) portfolio within the Naval Power Strategic Business Unit. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you will work closely with the Business Office, Program Management, and key operations partners across multiple contracts.

What You Will Do
· Lead creation and analysis of quarterly Estimates at Complete (EAC), including cost, risk, and opportunity assessments
· Deliver cost, schedule, and funding insights to OSC leaders using standard company tools and processes
· Prepare program financial forecasts, monitor actuals, and explain variances clearly and confidently
· Oversee weekly, monthly, and quarterly cost accumulation and reporting
· Drive and support cost-reduction initiatives using your manufacturing and functional knowledge
· Assist in developing cost estimates for new business proposals
· Serve as a key contributor in factory and program business management activities
· Enhance and streamline reporting tools and special projects to boost efficiency
· Maintain control account structures within a manufacturing-based finance environment
Qualifications You Must Have
· Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
· Experience with analysis tools such as APEX and PRISM
· Experience in business management or finance
· Experience in the use of Microsoft Operating Systems and all Microsoft 365 Office tools, with particular emphasis on Microsoft Excel
· The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer
· Confidence presenting to leadership, even when delivering tough messages

· Ability to quickly learn advanced planning skills in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
· Strong communication and leadership capability
· Experience in factory or production environments
· Understanding of cost allocation across bases, organizations, or products
· Demonstrated problem-solving skills that connect production realities with financial commitments
· 2+ years independently developing and maintaining financial and performance reporting
· Strong Microsoft 365 skills, especially Excel
· 2+ years supporting production or schedule-driven environments
· Ability to articulate P&L concepts and connect contract structure to cost analysis

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
