A Day in the Life

Join Medtronic’s EMEA RLM Diabetes team and help improve the lives of millions of patients through innovative medical technologies. As a Customer Care SAP S/4HANA Testing Specialist, you will play a key role in the SAP S/4HANA testing phase.

You will help deliver a reliable customer experience by supporting accurate and timely order processing and collaborating with colleagues across multiple functions. This is a full-time, fixed-term position, with standard working hours from Monday to Friday. The contract runs until the end of 2027.

You will plan, coordinate, and execute testing activities for Customer Care processes in SAP S/4HANA. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support user acceptance testing (UAT) and the implementation of SAP S/4HANA. Primary Responsibilities

• Support the SAP S/4HANA implementation from a Customer Care perspective.
• Prepare, execute, and document test scenarios for Customer Care processes.
• Validate system functionality against business requirements and expected outcomes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, key users, and project teams to resolve issues.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback on system readiness.
• Review and validate end-to-end Customer Care workflows in SAP S/4HANA.
• Contribute to post-go-live support and stabilisation.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Customer Service processes
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• SAP knowledge is required
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Pay range / Rango salarial / Intervalo salarial /Fascia retributiva / Tranche de salaire / Gehaltsband / Salaribereik:  Hungary: 8,196,800.00 HUF - 12,295,200.00 HUF | 

 

The final salary within this range will be determined based on objective, job-related criteria, including relevant experience, skills and qualifications, in accordance with our compensation framework.

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
