As our AR Systems & Transformation Manager, you will serve as the primary systems expert driving the modernization of our global Accounts Receivable processes. In this dynamic role, you will act as a vital bridge between finance and technical engineering teams, leading the business-side execution of our enterprise Oracle Fusion migration while championing advanced process automation. This position offers a potential succession path toward global process ownership while shaping the future of our global financial operations ecosystem.

We believe great things happen when teams connect. Our schedule is built around 4 days of high-impact, in-office collaboration (Monday–Thursday), paired with Friday Flexibility to wrap up your week remotely. This position will be located in our Mexico City, Mexico OR Atlanta, GA, USA  locations. 

What you’ll do

• System Migration: Serve as the primary Superuser and subject matter expert for the Accounts Receivable module, actively driving business-side continuity and execution during our enterprise migration from Oracle R12 to Oracle Fusion.

• Strategic Business Analysis: Act as a critical interface between finance and IT, developing a deep functional understanding of subledger accounting rules to translate user needs into technical specifications, leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and confidently partnering with engineering teams to challenge system boundaries.

• Automation & Innovation: Identify operational process gaps within the AR system environment and drive efficiency by collaborating with technology teams to design, implement, and scale Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI-driven workflows across cash applications and billing.

• Operational Controls & Reconciliations: Direct routine subledger-to-ledger reconciliation workflows inside Oracle, establishing systemic logic to isolate data variances during high-pressure month-end close windows and managing aged unapplied cash processing.

• Interface Integrity Management: Supervise and execute standard concurrent programs, scheduled batch processes, and background jobs (including Create Accounting, Lockbox Transmission, and AutoInvoice), actively monitoring interface tables to diagnose and clear data validation exceptions.

• Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Map user responsibilities and module access to maintain strict Segregation of Duties (SoD) within the AR system environment, execute robust regression testing scripts during system patches, and ensure total Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance.

• Data Quality Analytics: Extract, investigate, and audit complex transactional financial datasets directly from the AR system, leveraging tools like Tableau to track operational process performance against executive KPIs and management reporting.

• Global Support: Provide expertise, training, and support to all geographies.

What experience you need

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.

• Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience within Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Finance Operations, Financial Systems Analysis, or an ERP system Superuser capacity.

• Accounting Depth: Strong foundational knowledge of corporate accounting, subledger logic, and international billing principles to support complex system diagnostics without requiring a formal CPA designation.

• Systems Expertise: In-depth, hands-on functional proficiency utilizing ERP systems.

• Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills and critical thinking capabilities aligned to a fast-track leadership succession pipeline.

What could set you apart

• AR System Fluency: Oracle R12 and/or Oracle Fusion

• Global Language Capabilities: Professional fluency or conversational proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese to support globally consolidated business networks.

• Process Improvement & Tooling Expertise: Experience with process-mapping methodologies (such as Lean Six Sigma), automated cash-matching platforms, or strategic collaboration with automation engineers to deploy tools like Gemini AI or RPA.

• Migration Experience: Proven engagement in or exposure to a large-scale financial system migration or ERP transition
