Real Estate Operations & Construction Coordinator - Brazil

100% Remote (Brazil) | Full-Time | U.S. Eastern Time (ET) Working Hours

We are a Charleston, SC-based real estate investment company that purchases land, single-family homes, and manufactured homes. We renovate properties, develop lots, install new manufactured homes, and ultimately sell or rent the finished properties.

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Real Estate Operations Coordinator to manage our investment properties from the time a purchase contract is signed through the point the property is ready to list or rent.

This is a fully remote role that combines real estate due diligence, permitting, closing coordination, and construction project management. You will be responsible for keeping deals moving, deadlines on track, projects within budget, and communication flowing between contractors, attorneys, lenders, government offices, vendors, and our internal team, all from your computer. No travel or site visits are required.

Working hours: You must work a full-time schedule on U.S. Eastern Time, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM ET, Monday through Friday. In Brasília time, that is 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM while the U.S. is on daylight saving time (mid-March to early November) and 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM the rest of the year. You must be available for live calls and meetings with our team, contractors, county offices, and closing attorneys.

We are a small, fast-moving company that operates on EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System). You’ll have clear areas of ownership, measurable expectations, and the autonomy to manage your responsibilities while knowing when to escalate an issue.

Compensation: USD $24,000 to USD $40,000 per year (USD $2,000 to USD $2,800 per month) base pay, paid in U.S. dollars, depending on experience and English proficiency. Plus quarterly performance bonus opportunities, with target total compensation of approximately USD $28,000 to USD $40,000 per year.
