About the job:

The Shift Coordinator ensures efficient shift operations by managing schedules, supporting team communication, overseeing inventory, and handling reporting. This role serves as a key point of contact for staff, ensuring smooth workflows and alignment with company policies.

What You'll get to do:

• Assist in scheduling and confirming staff requests

• Monitor attendance and punctuality of team members

• Handle Time off Requests and transportation of the employees

• adjust break list in case of any emergency.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for team members during the shift.

• Communicate updates, changes and important information from management.

• Inventory and supplies of uniforms

• check and restock common areas during night hours.

• Reporting Sending daily reports on Absence, Lateness or other incidents.

• Responsible for accurate and detailed incident reporting.

• Ensure proper follow-up to maintain clear and precise records for accountability.

What You need to shine:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

• Excellent communication skills to serve as the primary contact for employees and management.

• Basic understanding of inventory management and reporting processes

• Previous experience in a supervisory, team leader, or coordination role is preferred

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accurate documentation and reporting.

• Problem-solving skills to address emergencies or unplanned situations promptly.

• Flexible to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Turkish is an advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, word, PowerPoint)
