Open Positions


Packaging Operator

  • Starting Wage: $27.25/hour
  • Progression to $30.25/hour within the first year
  • 12-hour night shifts
  • 3 shifts per week (36 hours)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Manufacturing or packaging experience preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Commitment to safety and quality

Millwright

  • Schedule: Friday to Sunday and every 4th Thursday. 6:30pm-6:30am.Salary: $47.96/hour. Evening, night and weekend premiums available. Hours worked on Saturdays and Sundays are compensated at one and a half (1.5) times the regular hourly rate.
  • Perform reactive, predictive, and preventive maintenance to ensure reliable equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, install, and modify plant equipment in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
  • Follow all safety, food safety, and company policies while supporting continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate effectively with other trades and departments, completing work orders and maintenance documentation accurately
