Sales Assistant

Launch Your Career: Sales Assistant (New Home Sales)

Forget the typical "entry-level" job. This is the first step toward your career as a Sales Executive.

At Stylecraft, we don't just hire assistants; we scout for our future leaders. We've been helping Texas families achieve the American Dream for nearly 40 years, and we believe in doing the same for our team. If you've ever wanted to break into the lucrative world of real estate and new home sales, this is exactly where you start.

Why This Isn't Your Average Job. The Proved Path

. The Proved Path: The vast majority of our current Sales Executives started exactly where you are-as assistants. We don't just hire from the outside; we promote from within.
· Earn While You Learn: You'll get hands-on mentorship from the best in the business. Your goal isn't just to assist; it's to earn your own community to manage.
. A "Best Place to Work": We've earned that title in Texas for seven years straight because we treat our team like family. We care, we serve, and we improve-together.

The Details

· Location: In-Person, Temple, TX
· Schedule: Every Weekend Required (This is when the magic happens in real estate!)

What Your Day Looks Like

You are the face of Stylecraft and the first person a family meets when they walk into their future home. You aren't just "support"-you are the engine that keeps the community running.

· Expert Guidance: Walk prospective buyers through our model homes and help them see the possibilities.
· Relationship Building: Manage the calendar, set appointments, and keep the momentum going for our customers.

Are You the Right Fit?

We aren't looking for a "human resources" checklist. We're looking for people who are hungry to grow and love working with people. You'll thrive here if:

· You have a background in retail, hospitality, country clubs, or reception-anywhere where "the customer experience" was your top priority.
· You are organized, punctual, and possess a valid driver's license.
· You understand that the real estate world thrives on weekends and you're ready to put in the work to reap the rewards.
