Job Description:
One who has been trained to support/assist professional and/or vocational nursing staff in the care of hospitalized patients by providing safe transport of patients to and from the appropriate departments.Education:
High School Graduate or Equivalent Preferred or Equivalent
Experience:
6 Months Healthcare - Acute Care Preferred
6 Months Healthcare - Patient Care Giver or Transporter Preferred
Certifications/Licensures:
BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association Required
Skills:
Able to communicate effectively verbally.
Work Shift:
08.0 Per Diem No Waive (United States of America)Pay Range:
$36.94 - $45.50HourlyOffer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure.
Pay will be adjusted to the local market if hired outside of the Bay Area.
Note: Positions at JMH which are exempt (not eligible for overtime) under the level of Manager are listed as hourly for compensation purposes on this posting. The work shift will contain the word ‘exempt’ on it.
